The first step is to have a discovery call to find out more about your project and if we’re a good fit for working together. From there we schedule an in person consultation to review project goals in more detail, further define the scope of work and gather all information needed for your customized project proposal and contract.

Once contracts and retainers are signed and received and you've completed a client questionnaire, your project officially kicks off with conceptual design. During this phase we finalize the overall design direction, floor plans and the furnishings investment estimate for your home. We will also partner with your builder to develop the preliminary construction budget based on the approved conceptual design.

Once the design direction is signed off on, we move into the detailed design phase. This time is dominated by sourcing of hard materials/fixtures and furnishings and development of renderings and drawings. The design development phase exists to turn ideas into orders and initiate the construction phase with a fully developed and priced design.

Once the design is finalized, we initiate construction and place furnishings orders. During this time, we are tracking and receiving all orders at a local receiving warehouse and overseeing the construction process along with your builder to ensure the design is executed exactly to plan.
